Public Procurement Law

In Turkey, many legal disputes arise from public tenders. Our office handles processes such as examining public tender files, providing technical and legal support for lodging complaints against tender commission decisions, making objections to the Public Procurement Authority, and pursuing cases in administrative courts against decisions of the Public Procurement Authority. Finally, in our country, after public tenders are awarded, legal professionals are often excluded from the process. However, the role of legal professionals is crucial in ensuring that the public tender is executed in accordance with the signed contract. Especially in cases related to public tenders, contractors often face difficulties in contract performance due to the lack of legal protection in matters such as delay penalties, price adjustments, force majeure, and additional work. To prevent this, our public tender contract monitoring system has been put into operation.
